Heavenly Father,
In every age, you have been our refuge.
Yet again and still, we stand before you
asking for your protection on your holy Church.

For the Soul of the Faithful

Absolve, we beseech you O Lord, the soul of your servant (Name) from every bond of sin that, in the glory of the resurrection, she may be revived and refreshed among your Saints and chosen ones.

Through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon her.
