As requested by the membership to develop more and accessible Spiritual Programs, the Diocesan Council has organized a mini-bible study on Women of the Bible. Featuring three different Biblical Women (The Hemorrhaging Woman, Ruth, and Mary, Mother of God) and facilitated by three different CWL sisters (Theresa Duncan, Renee Spohn and Judy Look), we will meet on-line at 7 pm on Nov 3, 10 & 17. The sessions will be informative, instructive and meditative. See the above poster for more information. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Theresa () or Margaret (). Bring your Bibles; stay for the blessings!

The Catholic Women’s League of Canada calls its members to grow in faith, and to witness to the love of God through ministry and service. Source: Mission Statement
In the world today, as perhaps never before, the church needs an enlightened and faithful laity. Dedicated members of The Catholic Women's League of Canada live their faith by serving others and, thus, discover Christ through relationships with others.
We are women of all backgrounds, ages 16 and over, wishing to serve God and Canada, seeking "faith, fun and fulfillment" together.
The Calgary Diocesan Council is comprised of all southern Alberta CWL Councils from Hanna in the north to Milk River in the south.
Prayers and a spirit of joy are important parts of CWL as members journey together in faith.
