As the founder of Through The Woods Psychology, she specializes in helping individuals navigate challenges and foster personal growth. Her return to her alma mater gives her talk a powerful and relatable foundation, as she speaks from her own experience of a "neat, straight line" plan meeting the "messy, winding" reality of a career.
