The Religious and Moral Education Council (RMEC) is hosting Braiding Together: Dialogue Toward Truth and Reconciliation in Banff on October 14-15. We will be bringing together Indigenous speakers Chief Cadmus Delorme, Chief Wilton LIttlechild, and Phyllis Webstad, along with Archbishop Richard Smith, Archbishop Donald Bolen and Bishop William McGrattan. Pope Francis has called us to follow up his visit with concrete steps to bring about reconciliation and we hope this conference will be one of those steps. Everyone is welcome to attend.
